All units are conveniently located near US Hwy 52 and the shopping areas of the city of King, North Carolina. Just north of the Forsyth County line, these apartments offer the nearby convenience of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, but in a quieter location.

We check credit history as well as registered sex offender and criminal record databases. We have No HUD or Section 8 units.

Handicapped accessible units are available.

Pets are allowed, however, there is a 20 lbs or under limit for a dog or a de-clawed cat.

Security deposit for the amount of one month's rent required when you move in.
